Original one-of-a-kind painting by Malka Safier.

This painting depicts delicate flakes of gold descending from the heavens, onto the bricks of the Kosel. It is a visual of the power and eternity of our tefilos. When we call out in prayer, those prayers rise up to Hashem, and they are saved and cherished like little flakes of gold. While not every prayer is answered immediately, no tefilah is ever lost. In time, each one returns to us—sometimes as a moment of profound breakthrough, and sometimes gently, piece by piece, like small flakes of gold falling quietly from the sky. Even the smallest gift we receive is precious, a golden blessing sent from Above.
